Morning session
1 - Paratriathlon: An Introduction
9 am – 9:45 am
Classification overview. Opportunities for athletes to race. Info on paratri from grassroots to High Performance by BTF.

2 - Coaching of the Paratriathlete: An Introduction
10 am – noon
Roundtable with coaches who currently work with, or have worked with, para-athletes in the past.
Adaptations, structuring sessions, accommodating athletes into existing club sessions.
A: Visually impaired running with an England Athletics qualified coach
10-11am
Including desk based introduction plus concourse based run familiarisation
B: Cycling and Cycle course considerations
11am-noon
